Complaints

Each one of us works hard to give the best service possible to our clients. We are open for feedback to improve our services to our clients. If you are not satisfied with our services or have an idea upon how we should improve, please send us your feedback because we appreciate this very much.

Where you can give your feedback depends on the type of complaint.

  • AZV

If you have a complaint about our services, please contact us directly (COMPLAINTFORM)

  • Family practitioner

If you have a complaint about your family practitioner’s office you can go to your family practitioner directly. It is important to have a conversation with your family practitioner first. By doing so, you usually resolve the complaint right away.

In case the complaint is not resolved or you don’t have the courage to speak to your doctor, then you can submit your complaint to the complaint committee of the family practitioners.

Your complaint can be sent via [email protected] to the complaint committee. Your complaint will be attended by the complaint committee within 6 weeks.

  • Other care provider

For all other care providers, it is recommended to try to discuss things first with the care provider. If the complaint is not resolved, you can always approach the Inspection of Public Health (IVA).
